How to use it

Taking SodaFit®: the dose, the timing and the four ways people get it wrong

The official instruction is one sentence long. Most of what follows is the part that sentence leaves out — not because anyone is hiding it, but because nobody writes instructions for the mistakes people actually make.

One full dropper, once a day

Shake the bottle well. Draw the pipette up to full, then either place the contents directly in your mouth and swallow, or squeeze them into water, juice, tea or a smoothie. That is the whole protocol, and it takes about ten seconds.

“A full dropper” is not one squeeze of the bulb. Squeeze the rubber bulb once and release and you typically draw up somewhere between half and three-quarters of the pipette, because the bulb only displaces so much air. A full dropper means the liquid is up to the top of the glass tube — which for most pipettes takes two or three squeezes. Getting this wrong is the most common way people quietly take two-thirds of the intended dose for six weeks and conclude the product does nothing.

Shaking is not optional. This is a botanical suspension, not a clear solution. Left standing, heavier extract solids settle. An unshaken bottle gives you a weak dose at the start of the month and a strong one at the end, from the same bottle, with no way of knowing which you got.

When to take it, and why that is a caffeine question

The manufacturer does not specify a time of day. In practice the formula makes the decision for you: two of its nineteen ingredients — green tea leaf and guarana seed — carry caffeine.

Because no amount is published, nobody can tell you whether a dropper is closer to a cup of green tea or to an espresso. What you can do is treat it the way you would treat any unquantified caffeine source: take it in the morning, keep it well clear of the evening, and watch what happens the first few days before you decide it is negligible.

If you already drink coffee, count this as an additional source rather than a free one. If you are caffeine-sensitive, pregnant or nursing, or taking medication that interacts with stimulants, this is a conversation for a pharmacist before the first dropper, not after the first bad night.

What the first weeks are supposed to look like

The official page says many customers report fewer cravings and steadier energy in the first two to three weeks, with changes in weight or composition described over roughly sixty to ninety days. Those are the manufacturer’s own figures and descriptions of what people report — not measurements, not a trial result, and not a promise to you.

Hold them next to the guarantee, which runs sixty days from purchase and asks for at least thirty days of consistent use first. Put the two together and the practical decision window — the period in which you have given it a fair run and can still ask for your money back — is roughly day thirty to day sixty. Most people who end up disappointed are not disappointed by the product; they are disappointed because they stopped counting.

Whatever happens in those weeks, the third step is the one that matters: balanced food, water, movement and sleep. A dietary supplement is intended to support those. It is not a substitute for them and nothing on this site suggests otherwise.

Four ways people get it wrong

01

Half a dropper, every day, for a month

One squeeze of the bulb is not a full pipette. Draw it right to the top.

02

Not shaking the bottle

Settled solids mean the dose you get depends on where you are in the bottle.

03

Taking it at night

Two caffeine-bearing botanicals, quantity unpublished. Mornings only.

04

Losing track of the date you started

The guarantee is counted in days from purchase. Write the date on the box.
