Editorial — corrections, questions about our pages
We read everything and reply to most things within a few business days. If you are telling us a price, a shipping term or the guarantee wording has changed, that goes straight to the top of the queue — we will check it against the official page and re-date the article.
Orders, refunds, delivery — not us
If you have bought SodaFit, your order was placed with the official retailer, not with this site. We cannot see your order, change it, cancel it, track it or refund it. We have no account with the retailer on your behalf and no way to look anything up.
The support address on your order confirmation email is the only route that can help. Writing to us first only costs you days — days that count against a 60-day guarantee window.
What we are glad to hear about
- A factual error on any page — an ingredient described wrongly, a price out of date, a broken link
- A change to the official offer, guarantee or shipping terms that we have not caught yet
- A question about the ingredient list that our pages do not answer
- A request to remove or correct something about you
What we cannot do
- Give medical advice, or tell you whether a supplement is safe alongside your medication. That is a question for a pharmacist or doctor, who can see your full list. We will always say this rather than guess.
- Process, chase or expedite a refund
- Confirm whether a particular third-party seller is genuine
- Tell you how much of any ingredient is in a bottle. The manufacturer does not publish per-ingredient amounts and we do not estimate them.

We handle correspondence by email only. Please do not send physical mail or product returns to any address associated with this site — returns go to the retailer, under their instructions.
